California's highway and heavy construction industry is facing a severe contraction due to shortfalls in government funding. Click here to go to the California General Assembly page, locate the link called "Find My District" click on that and fill in your home street address, city and zip code information requested. This will tell you your state representative and senator contact information, both capitol and district office and provide a link to their web sites, which should give you their email address as well.
To find local representatives, such as Council, Board of Supervisors, etc. Some of these sites are better than others, but you can find out who your representatives are in most cases.
