			The  American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) is the U.S. transportation construction industry's representative in Washington, D.C. Its mission: advocating strong federal investment in the nation's transportation infrastructure to meet public demand for a safe and efficient transportation network. SCCA serves as the southern California state chapter of ARTBA. SCCA and ARTBA formed an alliance with those members of our organization who are involved in transportation construction enabling them to join this prestigious organization at a greatly reduced rate from their national membership dues.  The industry ARTBA represents generates more than $200 billion in U.S. economic activity annually and employs 2.5 million Americans.
